The first line of support for our AutoCrew system is our WatchDog module. This is standard for every project. WatchDog monitors every aspect of the system, including hardware and software and provides multiple forms of feedback to management and crew. Through WatchDog, your team and ours will be notified of any system failure, making it possible to respond immediately and take automatic corrective action.
We have many utilities and procedures that can assist technical officers on-board in performing routine or common troubleshooting and corrective actions. If a more unique problem exists, remote support is provided to diagnose and correct any remaining issues. MRT has a ticket-based 24 hour support system available through phone, fax or online. With support offices around the globe, we are available to meet even the most strict service level agreement (SLA).
